Our main business covers R&D and manufacturing of high multi-layer boards, high-frequency microwave PCBs, high-speed signal transmission PCBs, blind & buried via boards, high thermal conductivity metal substrates, flexible boards and rigid-flex PCBs. Our flagship product is high-frequency specialty PCBs, applied in automotive electronics, marine, mobile communications, medical equipment, weapon systems, aerospace and other fields.
Our core technical team has over 20 years of industry experience, having served in leading domestic PCB research institutes and state-owned enterprises. Members have participated in national projects including aerospace low CTE ceramic substrates and high-frequency microwave boards. We have also established an R&D cooperation base with Sichuan University, collaborating on packaging materials, PCB substrates, photoresist R&D and talent development.
